Around 1:58 in Trailer 2, look just left of the explosion through the windshield. The dark vehicle has a tall square nose, narrow windows and small blue lights in the front grille. View the Rockstar source.
How to tell it apart
Compare with Vapid Police Montagne. The wetlands police SUV has a conventional SUV windshield and a lower front profile. The boxy vehicle in the action scene is taller and more slab-sided.
